Retrograde activity among the planets is always intense, but it is a little less than last month – only 40 per cent of the planets are retrograde. The most prominent retrograde for you to consider is the intermittent retrograde of Venus which began late last month (on the 25th). This shows that a review is in order to both the financial and love life. This is no longer a time for making major purchases, investments or love decisions, but for doing your homework on these matters.
Venus retrograde will not stop earnings or love, but will slow things down a bit. A payment that was promised can be carried over. A cheque you received can bounce – perhaps due to errors at the bank or in the sender’s accounting. That great deal on an appliance might have proven to be not such a great deal in a few weeks down the road when you find the same item (or a better one) for less in another store. Those shares that you saw as so unbelievably cheap get even cheaper with time. Caution. Caution. Caution.
In spite of the retrograde, there are some nice financial and romantic happenings. Venus travels with Jupiter from the 3rd to the 6th. A nice payday and/or romantic meeting is indicated, but it might be postponed because of the retrograde. There is luck in speculations during that period too – only doesn’t lose or misplace your lottery ticket.
There is luck in speculation from the 26th to the 28th as well, when the Sun travels with Jupiter. Those of you into the creative arts are especially inspired during this period, and children or children figures of the appropriate age are especially fertile.
Jupiter makes a major move into your 6th house of health and work on the 11th, are able to be there well into 2016. This a critical aspect for job seekers; there are dream jobs out there for you. The month ahead, in general, is great for job seekers – especially after the 23rd.
Your career planet, Saturn, really starts to move forward on August 2. Clarity and direction are happening in your career now, and pretty soon – in the next two months – you can start taking overt actions in this sphere. Right now, however, most of the planets are still below the horizon and the focus remains on home and family.
