Pluto and Uranus have been in stressful aspect with you for some years now and they remain so during this year. However, during this period there have been years where the stresses have been much worse – when other planets were also stressing you. So if you reached 2016 with your health and sanity intact, you have been a success. Health still needs watching this year, but you will see improvements after August 11.
Two powerful planets in stressful aspect are problematic enough, but there will be periods in the year where the short-term planets also place stress and then your vulnerability is much increased. This year these periods are from March 21 to April 19. June 21 to July 23 and September 23 to October 23. It will be a big idea to rest and relax more during these times. If you can come out of a health spa or clinic in those periods, it would be wonderful. If you can’t, just always want to schedule massage, reflexology or acupuncture treatments then. You keep soaring energy levels – the main defence against disease.
Another problem we see is that your 6th house of health is basically empty. (only short-term planets will move through there – and briefly.) Thus you might not be paying enough attention to your health. You have an obligation to force yourself to pay attention even if you don’t feel like it.
It would also be good to give more attention to the following areas – the vulnerable areas in your chart: the heart; the spine, knees, teeth, bones, skin and overall skeletal alignment; and the lungs, arms, shoulders and respiratory system. This will either prevent or soften any potential problems, and the reflex points for these areas are shown in the diagram above.
The heart has become important only in recent years. Acupuncture or acupressure treatments of the heart meridian will be useful, and you should refrain from worry and anxiety – the spiritual root causes of heart problems.
The spine, knees, teeth, bones, skin and overall skeletal alignment are always notable for Capricorn. Regular back and knee messages will be a good thing that. Yoga, Pilates, the Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais are excellent therapies for the spine and regular visits to a chiropractor or osteopath will be of use. Make sure that you get enough calcium and vitamin K for the bones. If you’re out in the sun uses a mild sun screen.
The lungs, arms and shoulders and the respiratory system are additional areas that are always decisive for Capricorn. The arms and shoulders should be regularly massaged – tension tends to collect in the shoulders and needs to be released. Acupuncture or acupressure treatments of the lung meridian will also serve as valuable.
