Pisces Health Horoscope 2016

Saturn’s move into Sagittarius is a stressful aspect for you as we mentioned, and health is more delicate than last year. The good news is the case that your 6th house is very strong for most of the year, and so you’re paying attention here. The danger would be in ignoring things.

Jupiter will also move into stressful aspect to you after August 11, so there will be two long-term plants in stressful aspect. By itself this is not sufficient to cause health problems, but when the short-term planets join in, you become more vulnerable. This year these periods will be from May 21 to June 20. August 23 to September 22, and November 22 to December 21. Of these three periods, the last one seems the most important. Do not forget to rest and relax more. Get enough sleep. Try to spend time at a health spa, or schedule messages, reflexology or acupuncture treatments. Tried your best to maintain high energy levels. Soaring energy, as our regular readers know, is the first (and perhaps most important) line of defence against health problems.

Your health can be improved by giving more attention to these vulnerable areas of your chart: the feet; the heart; and the liver and thighs. This will either prevent or lessen potential problems.

The feet are always essential for you, and you respond well to foot reflexology – see our chart – foot baths and foot whirlpools. As always want to make sure your shoes are comfortable and fit correctly. Better to give fashion for comfort, but if you can have both that’s all to the good. Regular visits to a podiatrist might also be a good idea.

The heart is also always another crucial area for you. Your health planet is the Sun which rules the heart and the reflex point is illustrated in the diagram above. It’s very beneficial to have acupuncture or acupressure treatments along the heart meridian. As always, avoid worry and anxiety – the root causes (according to many spiritual healers) of heart problems.

Liver and thighs have only become important since July 2012. Regular thigh massage is beneficial and liver detaining is a good idea this year (especially until August 11). Acupuncture or acupressure treatments of the liver meridian will also be excellent this year.

Your career planet, Jupiter, spends most of the year in your 6th house of health. Thus, problems in the career – loss of reputation or a perceived loss of professional standing – can impact on your health if you allow it. You shouldn’t. Without good health there will be no career to talk about, so de-couple these things in your mind. Health is health and career is career.
